The Resource Manager will report directly into the Production Manager and is responsible for managing the company's resources efficiently and effectively.
As a Resource Manager you will;
-Coordinate project teams to start new work and ensure resource allocation between project teams are managed to budget and to client satisfaction
-Maintain a minimum 6-month outlook on resources
-Frequently updating Production Manager on client resourcing, production schedules, resource projections, staff productivity and weekly timesheet reports across Squiz Europe.
-Ensure effective allocation of resources across Squiz Europe.
-Proactively manage all Squiz Digital staff expectations around incoming new work and project timelines to ensure a stress free and positive workforce.
-Effectively managing competing day to day operational demands.
-Provide support and leadership to the account management team with regards to resourcing requests.
-Ensure resource planner is maintained daily and is approved by Head of Production minimum weekly ahead of each week before communicating to Squiz Digital team
-Hold weekly resource meetings with Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure effective and efficient utilisation of resource and satisfy the needs of these key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
-Ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop staff within a commercially focused technical team environment.
-Experience in negotiation, management and risk management for project implementation.
-Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate the achievement of targets, proactively anticipate and respond to client needs, and to balance needs of all stakeholders.
-Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
-Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project deadlines.
-Strong reporting and documentation skills
