We are looking for a talented Design Director who want to join our successful, international agency and become part of our permanent plans for growth and excellence in the branding world.
We are a global brand agency with deep expertise in brand strategy, design, brand management and employee engagement. A network of 500 people in 23 locations around the world, serving every major market. Founded in 1986 we're now part of the WPP Group.
We have recently refreshed our own brand identity system and are about to embark on a brand new state of the art WW HQ in Farringdon. It’s fair to say, no two weeks are ever the same within our busy London Studio!
The role of Design Director:
You are looking for new challenges and opportunities in a global branding agency, working for some of the biggest and most iconic consumer brands around. You have the creative flair and leadership skills to inspire your design team and clients alike. You want to take brand identity beyond the pack and create a powerful brand equity that engages with consumers in the wider 360º touch points.
Creating big ideas has always been your thing, you can articulate these passionately and you know how to craft and develop them with the wider team too.
As Design Director you role will be key in developing positive client relationships through confident interactions with the client and ensure the relevant skills are deployed effectively across the projects. You will inspire and grow our existing talent and be part of hiring new talent into our business.
You have a proven track record having worked at some of the best agencies around; you can demonstrate a full understanding of the design process from concept to production. Specifically, we are looking for a Design Director with proven FMCG/Consumer experience who can inspire and grow our existing talent and demonstrate their creative passion and act as a mentor within the studio to those around them.
