Studio Manager at GramafilmWe’re looking for a Studio Manager who can make a big difference to our small team.
We’re a small but growing production company producing content for broadcasters and brands and are looking for a Studio Manager to join our team in Old Street, London. We’re looking for someone who’s worked in TV or a small digital agency who’s used to liaising both with creatives and facilities companies as well as managing the day to day of a small but busy office.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional (in a good way) and keen to play a part in Gramafilm’s future.
Core responsibilities will include:
Managing projects from start to finish including booking creatives and facilities as well as organising travel details and logistics, scheduling filming and managing post production workflows ensuring projects are delivered on time. You’ll be a central point of contact and will need to work across several projects at the same time.
Communicating, liaising and growing lasting relationships with our talented pool of freelancers and partners.
Managing the accounts and ensuring payments are made on time.
You’ll also schedule projects and studio events and manage the companies calendars focusing on creating workflows and best practices that can be implemented by the team.
You will have an overview of every production and be able to spot and troubleshoot potential hurdles before they happen.
You should be:
Used to working across several live projects at the same time
Someone who enjoys working in a small, multi-skilled unit
Someone who can improvise at short notice and find effective solutions quickly
Organised and able to troubleshoot
Someone who uses new technologies to their advantage
Able to manage both people and projects with care and commitment
Prepared to work long hours when required
Able to bring action to ideas.
On the ball.
